Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Ada AI platform: the API at api.ada.ai, the dashboard at ada.ai, and the documentation at docs.ada.ai.
Last updated September 2026
1. Who we are
The service is operated by Ada AI (“Ada AI”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@ada.ai. By creating an account or sending requests to the API you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
Ada AI provides an AI infrastructure control plane: an API that is compatible with the OpenAI and Anthropic request formats and routes requests to model providers, together with a dashboard for managing keys, upstreams, routing policy, data, and usage. Some providers are connected with credentials you supply (“bring your own key”); others may be offered by us as managed upstreams and charged against prepaid credits.
3. Accounts and keys
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under them.
- Tell us promptly at hello@ada.ai if you believe a key has been exposed. You can revoke keys at any time in the dashboard.
- Organisation owners are responsible for the members and keys they add.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- send content that violates the usage policies of the model provider a request is routed to;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other customers’ use of it;
- resell access to the service, or route traffic from subscription products whose terms forbid it.
We may suspend keys or accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you when we do.
5. Third-party providers
Requests are fulfilled by third-party model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Their terms and usage policies apply to the content you send through Ada AI to them. We do not control their models, availability, or pricing, and we are not responsible for their outputs.
6. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the prompts you send, the files you upload, and the outputs you receive. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service: to transmit requests to the providers you have configured, to store the files and metadata you place in your workspaces, and to keep operational records of requests. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Fees
Where the service is charged, prices are shown in the dashboard before you buy. Prepaid credits are consumed by usage of managed upstreams and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Costs charged directly by a provider under your own key are between you and that provider.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of changes that affect compatibility. The service is provided “as is” during its early-access period; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change these terms and will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ada AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. On termination we will, on request, make your workspace files available for export for a reasonable period before deleting them.
